Ms Jacqueline So is Co-founding Director and Chief Executive of Malvern College Hong Kong. Jacqueline So established a partnership with Malvern College UK in 2011 and has since co-founded Malvern College Qingdao in 2012. She served as the Executive Principal of the school, overseeing all aspects of the school’s operations and managing its public relations and communication. Ms So set up a similar school, Malvern College Chengdu, in 2015, deliver International School Education to Western China金博棋牌. Both Malvern Colleges’ graduates have been admitted to world-renowned universities such as MIT, Imperial College, UCLA and King’s College London.
Prior to her current role, Ms So was the Vice President of Strategy and Development of Laureate Education. She assisted the Chairman and CEO to evaluate the market demand and regulatory environment to formulate the Asia Expansion Strategy, leading to partnerships with two Chinese private universities. She was also a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & 金博棋牌 both in Greater China金博棋牌 and the US. Ms So received a BBA in Accounting from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Keith was educated at Monmouth School and Downing College, Cambridge, where he read Geography, and comes to Malvern College from Harrow School where he served as Deputy Head Master.
As Deputy Head at Harrow he oversaw the day-to-day running of the school, drawing on the various roles he has held during his career including Housemaster, departmental head, school inspector with the ISI and coach of various sports, as well as from his experience of running the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme. Keith is happiest working as part of a team and his aim is to lead Malvern College forward in a spirit of community and collaboration.
A passionate advocate of the opportunities afforded by schools with a strong boarding ethos, Keith sees Malvern College as a school that affords the time and space in which to nurture the whole person, and where pastoral care is at the centre of all that it does. It is within this environment that young people will achieve their best, both in and out of the classroom.
Allan Walker

Mr Allan Walker is the Commercial Director of Malvern College UK and Director of Malvern College International Schools. Mr Walker is responsible for the general commercial development of Malvern College, and in particular for overseeing the planning and development of Malvern College’s overseas campuses. He has been involved in this area of the school’s development since the founding of the College’s first overseas school, Malvern College Qingdao, in 2012, which was followed by the establishment of Malvern College Chengdu, in 2015.
Prior to starting his career at Malvern in 2009, Mr Walker worked in various commercial positions at Harrow School (UK), and was latterly the Business Manager of Harrow School Enterprises Limited, the school’s commercial trading arm. Mr Walker holds a Master of Arts degree in Music from the University of Cambridge and is an alumnus of Harrow School. He is also a trustee of AEGIS (the Association for the Education and Guardianship of International Students).
Vincent Yip

Mr Vincent Yip is a Co-founding Executive Director of Malvern College Hong Kong and the Executive Vice-Principal of Malvern College Qingdao. Along with Ms Jacqueline So, Mr Yip established a partnership with Malvern College UK in 2011, and has since co-founded Malvern College Qingdao in 2012. As the Executive Vice-principal of the school, he oversees the school’s non-academic operations. Apart from his work in the education sector, Mr Yip is the CEO of The G2000 Group, a fashion distributor and retailer in Asia and the Middle East.
Previously, Mr Yip was an Associate Partner of McKinsey & 金博棋牌’s Greater China金博棋牌 Office. He has significant experience working for governments and quasi-government organisations on issues including strategic planning, operations improvement, merger and acquisition, and stakeholder management. Mr Yip was educated in HK and the UK and received his Master of Engineering degree from Oxford.

Mr Samuel Wu is a Co-founding Executive Director of Malvern College Hong Kong, board member of Malvern College Chengdu, the Executive Director of Tridel Capital Group Limited, a family investment fund, and the Executive Director of Majestic Elite Property Development Limited, a property developer based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr Wu worked in Wing Lung Bank and Citigroup Corporate & Investment Bank where he was involved in Mergers & Acquisitions, Retail & Corporate Banking and operations.
Mr Wu holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and East Asian Studies from New York University, and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and HKUST. He is the Vice President of ESF Island School Alumni Association and a Director of Shun Tak Fraternal Association, a School Sponsoring Body that operates local kindergartens to secondary schools throughout Hong Kong.
